• Build, train, coach and retain a professional High School advising team.
• Conducts annual performance evaluations of High School recruitment team.
• Maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity by ensuring compliance to ATI policies and procedures, as well as all Federal and State regulations and accrediting body requirements.
• Ensure high school recruitment team is offering dynamic and professional presentations and workshops to high school aged students to increase awareness of STEM career opportunities and ATI’s programs.
• Manage admissions team to ensure that inquiries are followed up with in a timely manner and that all potential students are taken through the admissions process correctly.
• Develop, plan, and execute on-campus events and programs relevant to the high school market.
• Create communication and event plan to ensure incoming Freshmen and their parents are included in campus activities, events, and news prior to starting school.
• Oversee the development of strong relationships with high school teachers and administrators.
• Represent ATI both on and off campus to prospective students, parents and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process.
• Work with campus and ECPI University leadership to establish key performance objectives.
• Submit required admissions reports on a timely basis as required by senior management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years working in higher education admissions.
• At least 1 year of admissions leadership experience.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
