A DAY IN THE LIFE AS DIRECTOR OF INFECTION CONTROL
As Director of Infection Control at a large skilled nursing facility, you spend the majority of your day assisting our Director of Nursing by implementing infection control protocols and reporting. As Director, you remain flexible and support our Director of Nursing with the goal of continually improving and maintaining the highest quality of clinical care possible for our residents. In doing so, you are a team-player who takes responsibility for completing a variety of administrative, infection control and personnel communication responsibilities on a day-to-day basis. In your leadership role, you communicate directly with our team, residents and their families as issues arise while promoting a professional environment focused on clinical excellence among our team.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR DIRECTOR OF INFECTION CONTROL

• Current Pennsylvania RN license and graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Experience in Infection Control
