Summary/Objective

The Director of Marketing will develop, manage, and implement comprehensive strategies designed to build and strengthen multiple JV partnership brands as well as the brand of its corporate parent, Premier Health. The Director of Marketing will be personally responsible along with Coordinators and Brand Leaders for tactically managing/implementing a share of 23+ brands. The person in this role will report to the VP of Marketing and Patient Engagement and will work closely with that individual, as well as the marketing team, to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across all services lines and corporate endeavors. Key responsibilities include owning, developing, and overseeing the company’s brand strategy, messaging platform, along with sales and marketing collateral.

Essential Functions

  • Lead efforts to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that enhance the brand and competitive position of multiple urgent care brands and their respective service lines.
  • Must possess a deep understanding of digital/website marketing, mass media, social media, public relations, traditional print marketing, and community service/events marketing.
  • Oversee the financial marketing of multiple marketing budgets by partnership.
  • Execute efforts effort to measure effectiveness (OKRs/ROI) of marketing tactics while identifying areas for improvement at key points throughout implementation.
  • Adapt at creating reports/dashboards detailing marketing activities by partnership for use in board reports, presentations to corporate leadership.
  • Lead efforts to create and execute multi-channel marketing calendars.
  • Manage and assist in the development of editorial content for use across multiple marketing channels.
  • Work closely with JV partner marketing teams to facilitate and promote timely decision consistent with brand positioning.
  • Responsible for hiring, training and supervising part of marketing team.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve maximum potential and professional growth where appropriate.
  • Assist the Communications Department and distribute news releases as it relates to new clinic openings, accreditation, and corporate developments.
  • Coordinate with news media to ensure appropriate messaging as needed.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Work with the team on the production of creative marketing assets by brand.
  • Working with the Graphic Designer to understand new & existing JV Partners brand standards
  • Participate in the process of identifying, comparing, and selecting third party vendors.
  • Responsible for increasing awareness and competitive position of Premier Health as a corporate brand.
  • In conjunction with VP of Marketing & Marketing Leaders/Coordinators, direct and manage outside brand and/or PR agency projects and goals.
  • Lead all special marketing projects as assigned by the VP of Marketing

Requirements:

Education and/or Experience-Marketing Degree and/or an MBA Graduate with 2 to 3 years previous experience in a similar leadership role. Minimum 10-12+ years of experience in a marketing role.

Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Reasoning Ability To solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
