To help us continue effort, we're seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team. Essential Functions

• Maintain a Safe and efficient workplace with a high level of engagement.

• Collaborate with executive-level management in the development and delivery of key operational strategy.

• Deliver key budgetary performance goals and long-term operational plans that maintain and expand our operational abilities out 3 – 5 years.

• Maximize quality and operational efficiency through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration

• Analyze current operational processes to drive speed to our customers with savings.

• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives

• Build and support an industry leading team with a focus on building talent and abilities.

• Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed

• Work closely with Human Resources to lead and develop your team with humility, sincerity and integrit. Establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment that delivers results.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

• 5+ years senior leadership role in a high -volume fulfillment center of at least 20k orders per day.

• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management

• Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity

• Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands

• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines

Knowledge & Skill Requirement

• Experience with budget and business plan development

• 5+ years of experience working with a known WMS.

• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity using conveyance or automation.

• Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings

• Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success

• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM)
