Job Summary:
- Manages and monitors the Crummer Graduate School's operational budget using the mission-centric budgeting model.
- Monitors internal and external student scholarship budgets (Crummer endowment accounts) and manages scholarships and awards in collaboration with Crummer Enrollment, Financial Aid, and Student Success.
- Coordinates and monitors the post-appointment Graduate Assistantship program.
- Oversees and ensures the day-to-day operations of the Crummer Graduate School of Business are in alignment with the mission and strategic plan.
- Provides oversight and management of Crummer facilities, including Crummer's Graduate Housing.
- Coordinates, and monitors the virtual participation policies for matriculated students, and works with the Deans, Crummer’s Technology Task Force, and IT on ensuring appropriate and working technology (in the building as well as for faculty and staff).
- Oversees the operationalization of Crummer's Strategic Plan, AACSB's Annual Reporting requirements, and AES reporting.
- Analyzes and reports data in collaboration with the Office of Institutional Research and other Crummer partners.
- Maintains Crummer Sharepoint site to archive Crummer documentation of internal processes and practices.
- Collaborates in the planning of the Crummer School's annual Commencement ceremony, including the relevant academic and administrative processes.
- Provides project management of special projects assigned by the Dean.
- Supports the Crummer Dean in the management of the four Crummer Advisory Boards.
- Provides supervisory responsibilities for select Crummer staff members.
Minimum Qualifications
& Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in higher education or business operations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with and effectively lead others in a team environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport with faculty and staff in the academic and professional environment.
- Knowledge of budget and project management.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Higher Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant field.
Work Environment:
- Campus-based, front-facing customer service position, working in an office environment.
- Work requires visual strain, use of computer.
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, may be required on an “as needed” basis.
