Job description

SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operations of a temperature-controlled warehousing or distribution center. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of warehouse employees
• Manage operations and finances the operation
• Recruit and train new hires on business practices
• Drive the development of employees
• Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained

Requirements

• Bacholer's Degree
• Experience with handling multi-sites on a daily basis.
• 7-10 years leadership experience
• Full Profit and Loss experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

• Warehouse distribution: 8 years (Preferred)
• Profit & loss: 8 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
