CARF Accredited mental health treatment program servicing Children Adolescents and Adults

1. We are hiring for the following position (Director Of Operations ) to service Adults Adolescence and Children whom need PRP services a wrap around services. Director of Operations are responsible for individual service plans every six months for adults and every three months for children. Director of Operation work schedule 40hrs Monday thru Friday 9am till 5pm . Director of operations must have sufficient qualifications, knowledgeable, and experience to execute the duties of this position; and shall be responsible for administrative a leadership oversight of the entire psychiatric rehabilitation department department.Requirement:

Assist in completion of Treatment Plans, Diagnostic Assessments, collaborate with our Therapist, Social Workers, an our Stakeholders on a monthly basis.

Possesses a minimum of three (3) years' experience along with High School diploma & licensing within position.

Collaboration with counselors, families, & therapist every 30 days or when

Expected Duties:

• Fulfills the administrative requirements under COMAR 10.21.17;
• Fulfills the programmatic requirements of COMAR 10.21.29;
• Implements Quality Management strategies;
• Ensures the development of a staffing plan that identifies the type and number of staff needed to provide a program of rehabilitation and recovery services for individuals with serious mental illness.
• Attending weekly or monthly team meeting review of census and regular reports with administrative staff.
• Must have experience with CARF policy's & procedures
• Must be experience in Icanotes portal & note taking reading and writing
• Must understand the importance in multi task

As a Mental Health Worker You Will:

Participate in planning in elevation of consumer needs based on consumer behavior.

Provide direct consumer care services in accordance with the treatment plan under the direction of an professional therapist.

Assist in providing a safe and therapeutic environment according to establish policies and procedures along with turning in documents in a timely fashion.
