We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join our Marketing team and use their expertise to make an immediate impact on our rapidly-growing B2B solutions in the Fintech space. The ideal candidate will take ownership of how we describe and market our B2B products. We're looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and believes Deserve’s technology can and will transform the credit card industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design optimal go-to-market plans and generate demand for B2B products, creating and executing world-class product launches.
  • Liaise between Product, Business Development, and Marketing to effectively craft compelling messages that are converted into sales and marketing tools.
  • Develop a greater and deeper understanding of Deserve’s target customers, including who they are, what they do, what they like, and how they’d prefer to engage with our products.
  • Activate marketing for all product releases including how to describe the product, what to call it, where to announce it, which channels to use, and what needs to be in place operationally to ensure a perfect rollout.
  • Utilize your competitive marketing experience to help our potential clients know why our offering is better than the competition.
  • Create and innovate tools for the Deserve sales team like case studies, sales and product collateralMonitor and own metrics regarding revenue, pipeline, win rate, and adoption metrics for product and solution areas.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Business Development teams to surface success stories and new use cases that prove ROI.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3-5 years specifically in B2B product marketing in Financial Services or Fintech space.
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products.
  • Experience driving go-to-market strategies - including product positioning, value propositions, key messaging, marketing channels, and budgets - across the customer journey, to convert, grow and retain our customers.
  • Hands-on experience in developing marketing materials and sales collateral.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in writing.
  • Self-motivation to make and meet commitments.
  • Scrappy and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A self-starter who thrives on owning product marketing and driving results.
  • Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S. based jobs.
