DEPCOM Power is looking for a Director of Project Management to join their team.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Oversee and direct Project Management personnel on utility scale solar photovoltaic projects
• Provide guidance to Project Management team members on all aspects of project execution including schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, customer and community relations
• Provide input on project documentation related to contract administration, schedules, and budgets
• Use leadership skills to course correct and guide challenges to resolution
• Work with Construction Management to define project baseline, scope, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Communicate project progress and challenges to Executive Management in a concise, fact-driven way
• Proactively direct project scope, identify critical variables and devise contingency plans
• Mentor Project Management team members on productivity, honoring commitments, direct communication, and driving projects to completion

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Senior level Project Management experience
• Experience overseeing and developing a team
• Understanding of prime contract and subcontract language
• Travel up to 50%
