Job Title: Director of Services, Americas

Summary:
The Director of Service is responsible for driving services throughout the Americas region in both brow bars and boutiques, by creating and implementing strategies to deliver on both exceptional services while maintaining an excellent client experience and client retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working closely with retail leadership to continue to drive and grow service results across US, Canada, and Latin America.
• Directly supervises Customer Insights Manager
• In partnership, with Global Client Experience team, creates and executes a consistent client experience across all markets and accounts
• Collaborates with Education Team to develop and support brow services throughout the Region
• Create and implement business metrics that support the grow of the services business
• Manages P&L relative to services
• Manage the Americas Online Scheduling platform and continued booking effort strategies.
• Partners with market and account leaders to create, execute, and hindsight tests
• Lead and manage a variety of projects analyzing Benefit Cosmetics business such as POS surveys and shopping studies.
• Interpret research findings into actionable insights that fuel the innovation growth engine.
• Write narratives that connect customer insights to broader business strategies.
• Collaborates with US Marketing to develop a retail and digital marketing plan to support the growth of services.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience of Service management and strategy experience (hospitality/retail industry experience preferred)
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Strong influencing skills
• Ability to work across all levels throughout the organization
• Proven ability to successfully lead and execute cross-functional projects
• Experience working with geographically diverse populations

The target salary range for this position is $119,000 - $140,000. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
