Job description
An Angus Barn Dish Machine Operator’s (DMO) primary responsibility is to maintain clean and sanitized food prep equipment, dishes and glassware. Because our kitchens are open and visible to the public it is essential that our DMO’s maintain good personal hygiene and grooming habits and have a pleasant personality.A DMO sets up and breaks down the dish machine and the dish area. This includes soap and rinse dispensers checked, properly ready the machine for operation, glass racks organized, linen bins placed, sweeping the floor and recycling and trash containers properly placed.
Team members must have a cooperative attitude and be willing to follow directions.
