We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and hard-working dishwasher and kitchen helper for our Fairhaven location. In addition to washing dishes and completing basic cleaning tasks, this entry-level position includes basic food preparation. The ideal candidate will be interested in gaining restaurant kitchen experience and basic food preparation skills as a first step toward future work as a cook or other position in the restaurant industry. Most importantly though, we are looking for someone with a cheerful and positive attitude, a good work ethic, and a motivated learner.

Job Duties:

• -Wash kitchen and dining room dishes
• -Deep clean and detail areas of restaurant as needed, especially during slower times
• -Complete basic food preparation tasks
• -Other duties as relevant and assigned

Qualifications:

• -Current food handler’s card or ability to obtain one
• -Strong verbal communication skills
• -Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills
• -Strong work ethic
• -Cheerful, positive attitude and desire to contribute to the team

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation is $18.00 - $20.00/hour.
