Pine Run Retirement Community is looking for a PART-TIME DISHWASHER.
****The hours for the position are 4pm-8pm, during the week and every other weekend******

**We hire High School students : MUST BE AT LEAST 16yrs of age**

The utility position is responsible for the sanitation in the kitchen. To assist production staff with service and tray delivery. Wash all dishes and pots.

• The operation of the dish machine.
• Wash all pots and pans.
• Sweep, scrub, and mop the floor.
• Trash removal.
• The service and delivery of room trays.
• General cleaning of kitchen as assigned.
• Cleaning walk-in refrigerator.
• Maintain safe work environment.
• Follow scheduled work deadlines.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must pass required health screen and testing before employment begins and yearly thereafter, as applicable to the position.

2. Must have an acceptable criminal history report as defined by the Older Adults Protective Services Act and its amendments.

3. Evidence of good physical and emotional health, grooming and professional conduct.

4. Must be 16 years or older and possess working papers when necessary.

5. Ability to work with co-workers and supervisors and a desire to learn.

6. Able to communicate and take instruction.

7. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.

8. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

9. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with all dietary personnel, villagers and visitors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Rotating weekends
