DISPATCH: Assist with the facilitation of the Driver Route Schedules to ensure services are provided to the customers in a proper, timely, and safe manner. Communicate with customers to follow up on missed pick-ups, and customer complaints, discuss any special handling issues and provide administrative support for the office, and to the Site Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Call Drivers, confirm routes, the truck type they are driving, and Labor Techs on board
• Answer, direct, or assist incoming callers
• Enter all routes, disposal tickets, and fuel usage into WAM
• Enter all routes into WAM daily
• Process invoices to customers, when applicable
• Review Route Sheet for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all routes are completed, loads are dumped, and disposal ticket(s) accompany the Route Sheet
• Make copies of all disposal tickets
• Weekly filing
• Assist with the submission of required site reports
• Other duties as assigned and those tasks that are unique to the site

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; 1 to 3 years related job experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
