Description

As a Dispatch Service Representative at LiveView Technologies, you will work with a small team of high-performing individuals that handle installation and service call work order requests from our internal support team.


You will then be responsible for designating work order assignments to the correct service partner for the coverage scope of work. At times this will require outreach to the service partner to confirm availability along with necessary parts and or equipment to complete the work order task.


This role will require thinking outside of the box at times and also multi-tasking independently from a work order dashboard.


You will report to the Dispatch Manager and be based in our office in American Fork, UT. While working in the office is preferred for increased collaboration with your coworkers, we are willing to consider a hybrid work schedule for those who can prove it doesn’t have a negative impact on their performance.


Responsibilities

  • Working independently through a work order queue to assign all pending dispatch work orders to the correct service partner.
  • Research any work order that requires additional follow up and or finding alternative means to complete service requests.
  • Create follow up to any rejected work order assignments and or investigate the failed work order SLA's provided to our service partners.
  • Review data for discrepancies in work order documentation
  • Maintain independence work quality and have attention for detail within all communication points internal and externally partners.
