Burton A/C, Heating, Plumbing and More is searching for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As the backbone of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of our technicians, while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. With a starting salary of $20/hour and a comprehensive benefits package, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss.

As the Dispatcher you will have the opportunity to flex your forecasting skills as you proactively schedule technicians and maximize their productivity. You'll keep our customers informed with timely updates on arrival times and any unexpected delays, and you'll follow up with survey calls to ensure they are completely satisfied with our services. You'll also manage the on-call schedule for all service technicians, keeping department managers in the loop on daily demands.

To excel in this role, you'll need advanced customer service skills, intermediate proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Teams, and the ability to multitask like a pro. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must, as is the ability to work every third Saturday.
