We are growing so fast we need more amazing cookie lovers to join our team - specifically a Dough Maker for our newest store in South County.

We are a fun, fast paced, modern cookie store and we make dough from 5am to 9pm Monday through Saturday.

We need two to three dough makers per day, so shifts are available from early morning, mid-day and evenings/weekends. The recipes change weekly so you will make different kinds of cookies each week. You will be cross trained to do other things in the store as well such as: manage the ovens, frost cookies, weigh and shape dough.

You will work on a commercial 60 qt mixer producing two to three doughs/frostings per hour.

Must be able to follow directions closely, read recipes and troubleshoot issues as well as take feedback and follow specific Crumbl instructions for mixing dough.

Prior professional baking experience is not required. We will train you!

ONE BIG DREAM: two crazy cousins

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that were just plain embarrassing to them today, the cousins decided to try something a little unique, A/B test their way to the perfect cookie. McGowan, coming from the software world, was accustomed to this methodology of testing. They would take the exact same cookie, change out one ingredient like chocolate chips and randomly visit local gas stations and grocery stores simply asking one question "Which one of these two cookies is the best?" They continued this testing on ingredients and cooking methods until they came up with what they believe is the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
