Responsibilities:
Cultural Interpreter
- Position Summary: The Interpretive Guide will act as a personal interpreter of cultural, historical, and natural resources while providing support to guests.
- Essential Functions:
- Guides will be responsible for educating self on the local ecology, geology, history and culture to be well-prepared to provide information and answer guests questions.
- Ability to provide interpretation in a variety of settings: walking tour, via motorcoach, private family groups in family-style vehicle, or to seated guests via multi-media presentation.
- Ability to choreograph your tour to educate and engage visitors of all ages and cultures.
- Adheres to cash handling policies and procedures
- Ensures security of company assets and a safe work environment through daily maintenance and housekeeping
- Works in conditions that involve exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperatures
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
- Qualifications:
- Sit, stand and walk for varied amounts of time
- Basic Math Skills
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible hours
Food Service Worker
- Position Summary: The Food Service Worker is responsible for preparing and/or building food items while providing customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
- Essential Functions:
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
- Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations
- Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs
- Replenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
- Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs
Custodial Service Worker
- Position Summary: The Custodial Services Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
- Essential Functions:
- Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
- Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
- Properly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment
- Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
- Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
- Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnelSecures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
- Ensures security of company assets
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
- Qualifications
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Valid Driver’s license to work in public area “Clean Team” department
Retail Agent
- Position Summary: The Retail Sales Worker is responsible for stocking and inventorying products as well as maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the retail location. The Retail Sales Worker provides general customer service and assistance to guests and may process sales transactions. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
- Essential Functions:
- Greets and assists customers while anticipating their needs
- Ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels and replenishes and arranges items as needed to maintain appearance
- Operates register, handles cash, and process credit card transactions
- Responsible for cash handling, safe verifications, and preparing deposits
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adheres to cash handling policies and procedures
- Ensures security of company assets

- Qualifications

- Qualifications

Maintenance
- Position Summary: The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of work including the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds in assigned area(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
- Essential Functions:
- Inspects assigned area on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition
- Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures
- Repairs various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, office equipment, etc.
- Reports any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures

- Position Summary: The CDL Driver is responsible for driving a vehicle that requires a CDL to transport patrons and/or goods on site or to locations off property as business needs require. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
- Essential Functions:
- Operates a company vehicle which may include a bus, shuttle van, or truck
- Responsible for the safe transportation of guest, employees, and/or goods
- Assist guests with inquiries about the property/area; facilitates guided tours where applicable
- Maintains cleanliness, fuels, and performs inspections on vehicle
- Adheres to policies and procedures regarding emergency and accident procedures and radio protocol
- Performs all job duties in a safe manner by adhering to all driving regulations, company safety policies and procedures, and DOT regulations
