Job description
Hiring Driver Assistants (Monitors) for School Transportation
K and T Transport is hiring monitors to assist and supervise students being transported to/from Williamsburg-James City County public schools, using personal vehicles (not buses).
Pay: $25/route
Monitors usually have 2-3 routes in the morning and 2-3 routes in the afternoon.
No special license is needed.
Work only on school days—not on weekends, holiday breaks, or days school is not in session.
Requirements:
- Willingness to assist and good demeanor around children
- Clean background check
- Able to consistently pass drug tests
- Must speak fluent, easy-to-understand English
- American citizen or permanent green card holder. Temporary green cards or work visas are not acceptable.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per day

Masks are currently optional. Between each route, monitors wipe down the vehicle with sanitizing wipes.
