Go Access Durham is operated by National Express Transit.

We are searching for Professionals who are interested in driving in the Paratransit industry transporting customers with disabilities. CDL NOT REQUIRED! The Paratransit Operator is responsible for Safely operating a van-type vehicle. The primary objective of the Driver is providing Safe, Reliable, and Efficient public transportation.

Duties:

• Loading and unloading of passengers on/off vehicles.
• Transporting of passengers that are persons with Disabilities.
• Escorting passengers from vehicle to/from first portal of locations.
• Provide superior customer service to passengers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess excellent communication, customer service and decision-making skills.
• A valid driver's license within the 1st week of training.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Read, Write, and Speak English.
• Operate on-board mobile data terminals.
• Have the desire to give back to the community.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Full and Part Time is various days and shifts on a rota basis.'
