We’re hiring a Driver Recruiter/Driver Manager Position in the Chicago area.

Description: Attracting candidates to interview & hire great truck drivers. A successful recruiter-driver manager will work with department managers & proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using a variety of sources including : social media, networks & referrals. To be successful in this role, you will follow the driver from start to finish as they onboard & continue within the company. Provide excellent leadership to a group of hardworking drivers within our company.

Responsibilities:

· Create & maintain a pipeline of qualified drivers by using different lead generation tools

· Work in collaboration with all departments to meet recruiting & hiring objectives

· Maintain & review driver recruiting goals to keep current with the needs of our company

· Proactively hire drivers, processing them from start to finish. IE: Processing MVR’s, the scheduling of road tests, etc

· Manage the new driver onboarding & orientation process

· Manage ad posting process & tools

· Must be able to track & report on all activities on a routine basis

· Conduct monthly & annually Market analysis

· Perform other duties as assigned, such as HR related issues

· Providing ongoing direction & leadership to our drivers

· Collaborate with others in the company to identify & implement creative solutions to improve retention

Full time: M-F 8am-5pm in office position

Office located at 52nd/ Pulaski in Chicago, Il

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
