-Team members wanted for home-based care team for an active, athletic, and creative 13-year-old girl with developmental and neurological challenges.

-All training is 2:1 and the majority of shifts are 2:1 shifts.

-Due to the health needs in the home, candidates will need to be only working in our home during the duration of the pandemic.

-Smoking is not allowed on the job site.

-Home is in Eugene but the candidate must have a car that can be used to get to work; transport for outings, errands, and appointments in the community as the pandemic allows.

Must be trainable, adaptable, and able to work well as part of a successful staff team.

Must be physically fit enough to keep yourself safe in escalations.

-Uninterested in temporary workers.

-Schedule has full-time and part-time positions available.

-A typical day includes swimming in the river with a life jacket on, biking on the river path, playing Barbies in a waiting pool for hours on end, creating new craft activities out of available resources and last but not least endless Broadway musicals played in the house and pop songs.

-Home includes two active 1-year-old cats a golden retriever service dog, and a small backyard urban farm with chickens.

-Cats are indoor which really emphasizes the impact of cat allergies. Please consider your health needs if you are allergic to cats.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
