****As a staff member of The Arc Greater Hudson Valley, we are encourage a work/ life balance and are offering you to building your own schedule. You have the flexibility to pick your days (weekdays/weekends) and shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). You can over lap shifts if need and work in multiple residential locations.

Direct support professionals in Residential assist the people we support in developing personal relationships, having a positive role in the community, increasing independence and helping them develop the skills and abilities needed to achieve their goals.

The Arc Greater Hudson Valley, NY is a non-for-profit agency dedicated to providing support and services to over 1,800 people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and to their families.

The Arc Greater Hudson Valley is currently recruiting DSPs/ PCAs to join their residential team.

Eligible employees may qualify for the New York State Health Care and Mental Hygiene Worker Bonus as long as the employee works 20+hours per week during the vesting periods. This bonus can be up to $3,000.
