Tool and equipment manufacturing company in Woodstock, NY is seeking a full-time, highly-motivated individual with deep knowledge and understanding of the Ecommerce with at least 3 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Update and maintain ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Ebay, etc.) with the direction from the Marketing and Sales team
• Load/update/monitor products, A+ content, copy, images, stock
• Monitor customer communications, return requests, and special orders
• Maintain working relation with ecommerce platforms and performance metrics to ecommerce parameters
• Monitor price competition
• Monitor performance scores
• Optimize online sales through advertising strategies, reviews, and new programs
• Monitor and coordinate Amazon orders with Shipping Dept.
• Confirm tracking on all orders
• Follow shipping requirements and packaging
• Brand Maintenance (across all platforms)
• Handle Registry Infractions (copyright and trademark), duplicate listings
• Manage MAP and Reseller tracking, monitoring and reporting
• Communicate with Digital Marketing Manager on: Online sales, Online marketing
• Maintain Company website content (images, copy, etc.)
• Manage relationships with ecommerce vendors to expand company dropship program (Amazon, Northern, Tractor Supply, Walmart, etc.)
• Monitor and update vendors with new/missing/inaccurate information
• Research/sign up for new ecommerce platforms
• Strategize new product launches within marketing efforts

Our ideal candidate must have familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
