WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the East Coast - Director/VP of Sales, you will grow the company revenue through the management of the sales team, focus on market share growth, and strategic business development initiatives.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
· Manage and participate in preparing the financial yearly budget of the Sales Department

· Partner with operations to ensure margins meet company expectations

· Establish sales objectives and targets by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales quotas for each branch office projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and services

· Exposure to business and financials, P&Ls, etc.

· Develop, implement, and manage a sales incentive compensation plan

· Increase business opportunities through various routes to market

· Monitor data within CRM system to ensure follow-up and accuracy in reports and sales funnel

· Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

· Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand

· Maintain and develop a database for prospect customers

· Ensure proper and timely response and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits

· Carry out market research, competitor, and customer surveys

· Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development

WHAT YOU BRING:

· College degree in any related field or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience

· 7+ years of lead sales experience

· Construction industry experience preferred

· Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.

· Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

· Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

· Knowledge or principles and methods for developing and implementing incentive programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $220,000.00 per year
