Who is a Walkthrough Photographer?
A Walkthrough Photographer is someone who is detail oriented, has a great attitude and energy, and loves to take pictures! The ideal candidate is confident with a camera, has fun with photography, and has great customer service skills.
An average day for a Walkthrough photographer would involve going to houses that are coming soon on the market, photographing and creating a 3D model of each home, and uploading your assets by 10 pm your local time.
Photographer Requirements
- Comfortable using a DSLR camera
- Has a Driver License
- Dress professionally
- Interact in a professional and friendly manner with each homeowner and realtor
- Animal-friendly (oftentimes, there are their pets at the homes you're visiting)
- Owns the following equipment:
- DSLR or Mirrorless body (full or cropped frame) that takes 5AEB at 2 stops.
- Wide angle lens (crop sensor = 12-14mm or full frame =16-18mm)
- A ball head tripod
- Smart phone
- Background check after an offer is extended
- You will be required to purchase General Liability Insurance (per occurrence limit min: $500,000)
What a Walkthrough Photographer Can Expect
- Customizable work hours
- Volume of work not guaranteed (we'll make an effort to give you as much work as we can)
- Hours vary depending on order volume and the season (ex: we are generally slower during the winter)
- Remote position with support from our Denver HQ (you will travel to and from work sites)

- We'll constantly improve, listen to you, and value your feedback
- Compensation based on listing square footage averaging $62-$72/listing
- Paid Training (remote, takes about 10-14 days depending on your availability)
