The Marketplace Assistant will support the launch, management, and optimization of our third-party ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google and others.) In addition, the Marketplace Assistant will help support Lehman’s commitment to the customer in providing a quality customer experience. This position reports to the Manager, Marketplaces and Data Analytics.

Here's some of what you’ll be doing:

• Create and maintain product listings across our eCommerce marketplaces: content, attributes, pricing.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to support operations, and to monitor/resolve issues such as on-time fulfillment.
• Support the identification and execution of opportunities to improve product merchandising and to increase sales.
• Support marketplace marketing efforts, including seasonal promotions & pricing optimization.
• Manage and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and all other customer-facing interactions beyond buyer messages.
• Verify that shipments from drop ship vendors are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Generate business intelligence reports and share among our teams.
• Contribute to various other eCommerce marketplace projects as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to offering our customers accurate product data.
• Strong communication skills both within the team and with customers. Direct customer service experience a plus!
• Proficiency with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Programs (Excel in particular).
• Communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills.
