eCommerce Merchandising Manager – Richmond VA or Remote

LL Flooring is seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Manager who can take our Salesforce-powered website to the next level! We need someone who can partner with the corporate merchandising team and find a way to bring their products to life online, a person who is passionate about customers, can think b2b and b2c at the same time, and knows how to perform thoughtful analytics to make data driven recommendations.

This role will create and execute digital strategies to grow LLFlooring.com revenue by improving shopping experience and increasing AOV, UPT, and conversion rate for both our Pro and b2c segments.

Key roles and responsibilities:

• Full P&L ownership of assigned categories
• Partners directly with Merch Team to manage content of all categories and products online
• Digital strategy and execution of merchandising led initiatives
• Category and sku level reporting-week/month/qtd/ytd
• Owns site taxonomy, navigation and faceting for assigned categories. Analyze user behavior and site performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Analyze keyword/browse behavior to improve quality and relevance for site search results.
• Promo and campaign execution
• Build strong attachment, upsell and browse strategies for each category
• Create/update landing pages and category pages as needed
• Monitor pricing to ensure competitiveness and accuracy
• Identify shopper segments and personalize site experience by customer type
• Understand site performance down to a product level
• Share weekly KPIs to all cross functional groups with category level wins and opportunities
• Review customer feedback and perform competitive analysis to determine industry standards/best-in-class approaches as inspiration of what we could do to better solve customer needs
• Perform keyword and BOS analysis to identify areas for expanded assortment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or category management on retail website required
• Experience at an omni-channel retailer and/or with a b2b business model preferred
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience strongly preferred, especially SFRA, Business Manager, Page Designer, and Einstein
• Proven track record of delivering successful growth and positive customer experiences
• Experience with Google Analytics, a/b testing tools, SEO
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel abilities required
• Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to prioritize, be proactive, work independently, delegate, and influence others
• Team player who can effectively and respectfully collaborate with internal and external partners
• Execution focused with an owner mentality. Willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to do the right thing for the business.
