About the Role
You will drive continuously changing client roadmaps to deliver optimized performance for your book of business. You are the client’s primary advocate for contracted services and work to interpret client needs to cross functional teams such as Sales, Implementation, Solutions, Product, and Data Operations. You ensure the service and operations organization delivers on 100% of client commitments.
