Job Description

Candidate will work in the NASA LX Program Planning and Control (PP&C) office directly supporting the EGS Schedule Manager. Position is responsible for performing various schedule analysis tasks of the EGS Integrated Master Schedule as well as schedule products created by the EGS Functional Teams and summarizing that data into presentations as requested by the EGS schedule manager. It is also responsible for creating schedule guidance for the program and providing schedule expertise to EGS program members as required. Duties will involve working with and statusing complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Establish / support the integration of multiple projects into an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

· Update and maintain Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) data / structure to ensure project consistency and optimization.

· Maintain a consistent communication plan with Primavera Planning team members and NASA management.

· Frequently be assigned as team leader; having indirect responsibility for team members’ completion of tasks to project plan.

· Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical path activities within an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) sets (Artemis I, Artemis II, Artemis III & Artemis IV).

· Coordinate multiple Integrated Master Schedule set processing (Data Date Rolls, etc.) with other contractors and NASA.

· Update and maintain baselines for all Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) projects sets (Artemis I, Artemis II, Artemis III & Artemis IV) for the Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) program.

· Update Primavera and produce Objective evidence for all Exploration Ground Systems (EGS) schedule based Directives.

· Analyze Primavera data using various tools (Primavera Schedule log, Acumen Fuse, etc.) to maintain Schedule Best Practices.

· Troubleshoot Primavera issues for contractor planners and analyst, as required.

· Develop and execute Test Plans as new updates to the Primavera application are incorporated.

Basic Qualifications

· Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project – User Level & Administrator Level trained

· Acumen Fuse – User Level Training

· Strong Schedule Analysis and Program Level Scheduling Experience

· Knowledge of Critical Path Scheduling

· Excellent Problem-solving skills, strong sense of ownership, and track record of quality work

· Must be organized, detailed-oriented individual with strong customer-oriented communication skills.

· BS degree with at least 15 years of experience

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
