The EHR Support completes tasks delegated by the EHR Director or EHR Supervisor. The work will be identified as particular tasks that may need to be done in sequence or in tandem with other requests with tracking of the progress being made on each task. Responsibilities:

- Support the EHR Helpdesk
- Train all new users (each tech is cross train)
- Work with EHR Team to update and edit workflows
- Maintain up to date with myeclinicalwork.com portal, webinars and eCW Days Conferences
- Evaluate progress of 30/60/90 days after trainings
- Data tasks for each Denovo and Acquisitions projects
- Data validation for Data Migrations
- Registration and Activation for EPCS (E-Prescriptions of Controlled Substances)
- Prepare training materials
- Assist Facilities in Go Live Days after migration into Cano Health system
- Unlock notes after hours each other day “Concurrency Lock”
- High School graduate and some college or Informational technical education or demonstration of work experience.
- Experience with EHR software capabilities and installation techniques; documentation and user instruction methods and techniques is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish
