Having started in 2013, our team has a great amount of experience helping public institutions expand their healthcare program offerings to meet the demands of businesses in the local community.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time EKG Lead instructor Instructor to join our team at our CA location. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce! This specific program is scheduled to run Monday through Thursday. Applicants must be a resident of CA and available during the hours of this class schedule to be considered for this position.

The EKG Lead Instructor’s duties and responsibilities include:

• Advanced student learning through exemplary instruction by following an established course outline.
• Assist in student learning outcomes.
• Maintain current knowledge in the subject matter area and effective teaching/learning strategies.
• Maintain appropriate standards of professionalism and conduct.
• Facilitate all required skill labs with assistant skill instructor
• Grade class assignments and exams.

This role requires the following qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a directly related field.
• Must be a resident of CA.
• 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
• Familiar with A&P, Medical Terminology, Basic Pharmacology and Medical Math.
• Back and front office experience.
• Must adhere to weekly class schedule.
• Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately.
• Ability to mentor students and hold them accountable to program standards.
• Comfortable with computers and technology.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Current CPR certification.
