Position Overview:

Radcom is recruiting eLearning Instructional Designers with design and development experience. This job opening is for a project-based consulting position with one of our top clients. This position is remote/work from home.

Ideal candidates will have strong eLearning Instructional Design experience and proficiency in Articulate Storyline. Experience in corporate instructional design is required. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve are a must.

Radcom will consider candidates for both employment (W-2) and independent contractor (1099) opportunities.

Key Functions

• Independently conduct effective information-gathering interviews with clients and subject matter experts;
• Plan, organize, design and/or develop high-quality eLearning modules within budgeted hours and timeline;
• Solicit feedback on work and adjust accordingly to meet or exceed client expectations;
• Challenge the status quo and find innovative ways to approach training solutions and enhance overall effectiveness;
• Edit, proofread, and format materials using a variety of software tools;

Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in instructional design for companies
• Bachelor's degree in related field or related work experience
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and methodology, and their application in creating training
• Working knowledge of graphic design principles that contribute to quality eLearning training
• Expert in Articulate Storyline
• Proficient in 2 or more software tools
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities
• Consulting experience a plus
