Tipo de contrato: Tiempo indefinido.
Horarios: Turno Rotativo ( Domingo a Jueves 10:00pm a 6:00am)

Responsabilidades:
Supervisa el funcionamiento, ajusta y mantiene los equipos de refrigeración, agua fría y aire acondicionado; las calderas y los calentadores de agua caliente y de ventilación; las bombas, las válvulas, las tuberías y los filtros; otros equipos mecánicos y eléctricos; registra las lecturas y realiza los ajustes necesarios para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos.
Requiere la capacidad de analizar el funcionamiento de varios sistemas, determinar la causa de cualquier problema/mal funcionamiento y tomar las medidas correctivas necesarias.
Ayudar en la instalación y reparación de tuberías; cablear motores monofásicos y trifásicos (de una y dos velocidades); tender conductos; tirar del cableado a la maquinaria, motores, partes operativas, etc;
Instalar y reconstruir bombas y motores; instalar y reconstruir compresores de aire; intercambiadores de calor; sustituir los cojinetes de todo tipo de motores; sustituir las juntas de las bombas; instalar y reparar tuberías, válvulas, filtros, sistemas de agua caliente y controles asociados; ayudar a otros mecánicos y operarios en las principales reparaciones y el mantenimiento del edificio y los equipos.

Requisitos:
+1 año de experiencia en sistemas eléctricos
Conocimiento de los riesgos eléctricos
Licencia de electricista o de HVAC
Disponibilidad en caso de emergencias
Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos
