We offer steady work; we like to keep you close to your home base; and you’ll work an 8 hour day doing simple electrical work for the homeowner associations we service.

Duties and Responsibilities

In addition to completing electrical maintenance, all technicians are responsible for completing administrative tasks documenting work activity. The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.
• Troubleshooting Common Area electrical issues
• Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation, operation, & efficiencies.
• Inspect electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
• Replace conduit and wiring as needed.
• Replace circuit breakers as needed.
• Installing timers
• Photocell components
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Certified Electrician C-10 License
• MUST have valid driver’s license, auto insurance and no more than 2pts on your driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation: preferably a work truck.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and independently.
• Must be able to identify preventative maintenance issues and perform suitable repairs.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks utilizing computers, phones, and paperwork.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
• Must be able to lift and carry, push and/or pull up to 50-pounds.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Able to work prolonged periods while standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing between 40 and 60 pounds.
