The agency worX is partnering with a Beauty Company to find an Email Marketing Manager that has 0-1 years of experience. They are looking for someone with analytical skills to join their NYC team on a hybrid model schedule (4 days/week in office)

Strong Excel, D2C and email marketing software experience are required*

A rapidly growing personal care and wellness brand is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to work closely with our designers and developers, as well as key stakeholders in the company to create bold, innovative marketing campaigns across a number of channels.

Job Description

• Work at both the strategic and tactical levels to create bold, innovative marketing campaigns across a number of channels, but mainly email.
• Analyze the results of our marketing funnel using Google Analytics and other BI tools.
• Build elaborate marketing funnels and segments.
• Oversee and manage operational needs of the Retention Marketing Team, including email creation, list management, campaign tracking, and ongoing measurements of campaigns and segments.
• Initiate and optimize marketing campaigns, aimed to improve retention and conversion performance.
• Develop and execute customer segmentation strategies, campaigns, and key triggers within the customer’s journey to drive increased lifetime value.
• Assist in marketing goal development and tracking for the Retention Marketing Team.
• Responsible for the briefing process to internal copy and creative stakeholders, ensuring the timely delivery of marketing assets
• Manage the communication calendar for all existing customers.

Salary: 60K-70K depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
