Your Opportunity:
Varsity Spirit is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Varsity Spirit Fashion Marketing team in Memphis, TN.

Make an Impact:
The Email Marketing Specialist will drive Fashion lead generation campaigns and execute across a variety of channels including email, SMS, web and ads.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter with cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A Day in the Life:
· Build, test, optimize and deploy email campaigns

· Build, test and optimize lead generation forms

· Track, analyze and report on the key performance metrics and efficiency of campaigns

· Build, test, optimize and deploy SMS Campaigns

· Write, proofread, and edit copy across different channels including email, SMS, web, ads

· Manage digital and print marketing campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet target objectives

· Assist with execution of customer loyalty club emails and marketing campaigns

· Drive ecommerce marketing efforts and communication to build our audience and increase YOY revenue

· Collaborate with sales team to plan and execute promotional campaigns

· Collaborate with Varsity Spirit Fashion marketing team on photoshoots, videos shoots and content creation as needed

What you bring to the table:
· BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent

· 2+ years of marketing experience required

· Email marketing experience required (marketing Cloud, MailChimp or other comparable ESP)

· Experienced in creating and driving leads required

· Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) required

· Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks in a lean, fast-paced, results-driven environment.

· Team player with cross-functional communication skills – this person will interact with multiple facets of the organization and drive results through collaboration.

· A background in fashion, cheerleading and/or dance preferred, but not required

· Creativity, passion, integrity and energy

Travel Travel is minimal; some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
