Emergency Department - Clinical Pharmacist
Job description
- Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, physicians, and nurses directly in patient care areas
- This position requires providing service to the following age population(s) neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, frail elderly in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served
- High School diploma and graduate of ACPE accredited college of pharmacy (BS or PharmD) and computer proficiency required
- Residency in pharmacy practice and/or previous clinical experience preferred
- Registered Pharmacist, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required
