JOB PURPOSEProvides patient care in the ED as delegated by the Licensed Nursing Staff. Performs EKGs and phlebotomy as needed in the department within the scope of the NA II.

JOB SPECIFICATIONSEDUCATIONHigh school graduate or equivalent. Completion of North Carolina Board of Nursing approved Nursing Assistant II course. Completes the EKG and phlebotomy on the job training.EXPERIENCETwo years of health care experience preferredLICENSURE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATIONCertified by the State Board of Nursing as a NA II, and BLS certification.

Schedule: Part time, Nights with weekend rotation, 7p-7a
