This opportunity is for a motivated individual with at least two years of experience within client relations, the proven ability to cultivate and maintain business, and a loyalty to provide value-added service that protect individuals and build strong client relationships. Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

80% Client Engagement - Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to clients, members, and carriers within existing employee benefits accounts. Maintaining a positive relationship with accounts through follow-up phone calls and visits as needed. Supporting clients in claims reporting on larger claims, and providing client education regarding coverage options and value-added services as questions arise. Assisting with employee enrollments, questions, and the plan renewal process each year.

20% Collaboration with Producers - Focus on the sales process, including the appropriate client strategic planning and concise presentation necessary to secure new business.
