The Employee Resilience Project Manager oversees the design, development, and implementation of the Wellness Program for the Office of Professional Fulfillment and Resilience in support of the organization's employee health and resiliency strategies. Sets priorities and plans and implements the processes for key strategic initiatives and projects designed to improve team member resilience and advance an organizational culture of well-being. Facilitates cross functional relationships with key stakeholders in order to align goals, strategy and deliverables. Manages the distribution and communicates results for Wellness Surveys across LPCHS.

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Service Standards of the Hospital(s).
Manages LPCHS' wellness program and has full accountability for the success of the program.
Reviews program and analyzes data to identify appropriate health management/wellness initiatives, determine measures of success, and analyzes outcomes to determine program effectiveness.
Develops implements and monitors the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and programs to improve employee health and well-being.
Leads the activities of the Wellness Program including supervision, programming and budgeting.
Collaborates with key stakeholders on implementation of bi-annual Wellness Survey, including dissemination of survey results and coordination of survey support for leaders.
Provides site coordination for implementation of Schwartz Rounds.
Tracks program metrics and manage team visibility board.
Develops and manages program communications.
Manages logistics of trainings and programs offered by OPFAR, including scheduling, room reservations, virtual meeting support, CEU/CME management, etc.
Manages Employee Wellness website.
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
Licensure/Certification: None required.

Knowledge of workplace resilience, wellness, and well-being initiatives and programs.
