Position Description

Builds strong connections and relationships with hiring managers, human resource supervisors and recruiters. Contacts employers regarding open positions & works as a liaison between clients and applicants. Travel locally to meet with applicants and clients.

Responsibilities

• work with employers to understand their needs
• match job openings between candidate and employer

• work with candidates to understand their skill set
• monitor job retention

Qualifications

* Required: High School Diploma

* Required: UNT WISE Job Placement credential (University of North Texas - Workplace Inclusion & Sustainable Employment work credential)

* Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

* Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Vocational Rehabilitation, Business, or a related field.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
