Job description
Must be able to complete new material trials, speed, and processing trials. Creates set-up sheets, conducts specialized training for operators, assists maintenance with work requests for process troubleshooting, equipment performance issues, upgrades/updates, insures BOM's and Routers are updated.

An associates degree is required.

Computer skills required (Microsoft Word & Excel) to be able to ensure that up-to-date records and reports are created and accessible.

Must have the ability to train and work well with others and have problem solving skills.

Lean manufacturing and Green Belt Certifications are desired.

Bachelor's decree desired.

Work schedule will provide support on night shifts on a 5-day schedule 4:00pm to 11:30pm.
