PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Service Desk Specialist to join our team in support of the NAWCAD Enterprise Service Desk team in Patuxent River, MD.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to computer program users.
• Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically.
• May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word-processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing in work related to the functions in the job description
• Eligibility to pass the required background check and obtain non-NISP level Clearance

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• OR Associate's Degree plus four (4) years of additional work experience
• OR a High School diploma or GED, with formal IT-related trade school training (i.e. IT related post-secondary, non-degreed award /certificate program, industry recognized certifications and commercially available training programs) and 6 years additional work experience

Desired Qualifications:
Preferential consideration for applicants who have:

A current, active Non-NISP Clearance, Public Trust or Higher clearance
