We are looking for a strong professional to drive the success of our Enterprise Services program in North America.
Enterprise Services is a key Business Unit within Siemens Healthineers, with broad capabilities including integrating the entire Siemens Healthineers portfolio into a single, customized customer solution. The Enterprise Services program focuses on driving revenue growth for our most strategic accounts in North America. The program intends to elevate our relationship from a vendor to a trusted partner, enabling our customers to maximize the benefit of our products, services, and solutions.
Partnering with defined account owners, this role provides strategic planning and operations support to enable the respective revenue growth goals and other KPIs. In this position, you will be working directly with the Enterprise Services (ES) Zone to provide project management and operations support. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, providing ES Zone Sales representation for cross functional initiatives, and providing support to the ES Zone in deal creation and management.
This role is well suited for a highly motivated, ambitious professional with a high level of intellectual curiosity for solving complex, strategic problems while always exploring methods to improve processes. You must be organized, with the ability to bring clarity, structure, and execution to ambiguous situations.
Key Activities:
- Program management of operational initiatives and projects, including designing and directing programs tied to ES strategic objectives
- Drive the Account Business Planning process (ABP) including regular updates (development of the template, data gathering, project management, etc.)
- Partner with Account Manager to create Customer Business Review’s (CBR) to align strategic directions and focus on customer needs
- Drive selected customer strategies through project management, data gathering, meeting facilitation, follow ups, etc.
- Tracking and monitoring of KPIs, initiatives, projects, forecast, etc. as needed
- Develop and implement leading-edge strategic customer management tools to support the program
- Provide transparency into internal and external data resources such as the IDN Dashboard, Smartsheet, ANA, Definitive Health, etc.
- Coordinate approval milestones for active opportunities and assemble relevant documentation
- Prepare operational and executive-level reports and presentations for management, including Performance Dialogue, Business Area updates, and team performance
- Organize and develop support material and strategic recommendations as well as analyze locally generated data for usage in strategic decisions
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Americas ES business development team
- Support the XSELLerate/PM process with the Sales team
- Identify opportunities, foster best practice sharing across zones and businesses
- Ensure pre-sale quality management, data privacy and Probity management standards are followed
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree, or requisite number of years’ experience
- 8+ years of prior experience in project management, sales operations, healthcare, or other relevant industry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams, and PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge and implementation of program and project management methodology and techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with competing priorities
- Ability to work in a highly complex and matrixed organization
- Storytelling through data
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform with only general instruction on new assignments with minimal direction
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
- Qlik and/or PowerBI experience preferred
- Smartsheet proficiency preferred
