• Utilizes enterprise system design experience to design and implement platform solutions on an enterprise scale to include planning, designing, installation, configuration, and integration of systems and networks within an enterprise environment.
• Participates in design activities in VMware, implementation, and administration.
• Analyzes network topologies, traffic, and capacity requirements.
• Analyzes data communications networks, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting, upgrading, operating systems and protocol suites.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) with VMware, vCenter, and vSphere 4.x-5.x.
• Supports, designs, and implements Citrix XenApp systems to deliver critical applications.
• Designs, implements, and maintains all systems to contribute highest return on investment while maintaining security.
• Supports problem solving responsibilities when trouble shooting fails at the first and second level support team.
• Effectively manages work orders and/or project assignments.
• Meets project deadlines 90% of the time.
• Encourages the user community to actively participate in developing requirements, testing, and acceptance of the system.
• Effectively consults with other IS staff to determine database requirements, equipment compatibility, and operating objectives.
• Resolves problem situations expeditiously.

• Experience working with VMware vSphere, vCenter, vMotion, HA / DRS, SRM. · VMware design, implementation, and administration (VCAP-DCD level of practical experience). · Experience working in multi-domain environment, group policies, GPO management.
