Downtown NYC tech-recruiting agency is searching for a Entry Level Recruiter. This position will be Full Time, Temp-to-Hire with no experience necessary. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for a Human Resources position with an emphasis in Recruiting.
Must be Fully Vaccinated
Responsibilities include: Identifying, screening and phone interviewing prospective candidates as well as assisting account manager in arranging interviews and extending offers of employment.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree from a top College or University. (Minimum 3.0 GPA)
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Excellent communication skills
-Interest and desire to be in HR/Recruiting
-Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment
This position starts between $22 to $26 an hour and up between $50,000 to $55,000 when taken on permanently. You must be able to work 9:30 to 6:30.
