Travel Nurse Recruiters/Relationship Managers make up the backbone of our travel healthcare staffing business. Relationship Managers build relationships with talented clinical professionals and help place them in assignments at hospitals across the country. As a recruiter, daily you will identify, qualify, and recruit clinical professionals through outbound calls, messaging, and social media. To be successful, you must be great with technology and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Recruiters are the ultimate career matchmakers!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and retain qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
  • Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
  • Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels, social media, and referrals
  • Build and maintain unique relationships with travel healthcare professionals
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Utilizing time management and organizational skills to run a successful desk
  • Utilizing strong communication skills to work with account managers

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or recruitment position
  • Track record of success in previous position

  • $65K-75K 1st year average compensation. $85k-100k 2nd year average compensation. (40K Base)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
