As an EHS Project Coordinator, you will support and be involved in a wide range of work across multiple EHS programs to meet internal requirements as well as, compliance with government regulations. You will support day-to-day operations of various business units through EHS inspections, improving employee engagement, collecting and recording EHS information, and driving continuous improvement of overall EHS processes and systems.

Description

- Identify and inform management of compliance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities through the conduct of regular EHS inspections under supervision of an EHS lead. - Support the EHS team in coordinating safety meetings, events, evaluations, program deployments, and other safety-related activities. - Order, coordinate delivery and stock safety supplies (PPE, first aid kits, eyewash stations, etc.). - Submit and track EHS actions items and Operations & Maintenance work tickets. - Facilitate incident investigations and update internal database. - Organize, file, and maintain safety documentation (e.g., training records, database updates, EHS metrics) - Participate in emergency response activities, including after hour rotations. - Support Lockout/Tagout, Emergency Response, Regulated Waste, and Hazardous Materials programs program with inspections, labeling, data entry, and training verification. - Review and upload chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) to internal database. - Collaborate with EHS Team on task, projects and programs.

Education & Experience

BA or BS program in relevant EHS discipline

Additional Requirements

    • Experience conducting EHS inspections and incident investigations.
    • Experience supporting EHS initiatives, including EHS metrics reporting and inspections.
    • Experience collaborating with EHS team partners on EHS processes, programs, tools, and materials.
