We are hiring for 2 EVENING Supervisor Positions:

1st) Title: Working Night Super

• Location: Burlington, Williston, Hinesburg (9033)
• Environment: Hospitals, Offices, (needs reliable transportation)
• Days: Monday- Friday
• Hours: 3:00pm-11:30 pm
• Rate: $20-$22 (+sign on bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Writes a nightly report recapping the shift.
• Conducts high level of customer service through in person meetings, texts and email communications to address issues and concerns with employees, staff and customers.
• Upsells relevant additional services in communications with customers.
• Performs quality control inspections.
• Trains new staff and keeps all staff up to date on all proper cleaning and safety techniques.
• Directs and coordinates activities concerned with management of resources.
• Delivers time sensitive services, and appropriate communication and follow-up with clients and superiors.
• Responsible for supplies ordering and procurement where necessary.
• Manages staff by preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
• Appraises the performance of employees and provides feedback
• Maintains equipment.
• Documents employee evaluations to ensure services are up to CBMVT‘s standards.
• Supports conflict resolution between staff members.

2nd) Full Time Working Site Supervisor

• Location: Burlington
• Environment: Offices
• Night Cleaner: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 2:00 pm -10:00 pm
• Rate: $18-$20 (+sign on bonus)

Duties:

• Oversee and work with staff to ensure that work is getting completed as per specifications
• Check email daily for any new work requests and respond to emails acknowledging them and confirming requests are scheduled and completed
• Create and close out work tickets for projects through email and smartphone app
• Assist in covering when there is a call out
• Monitor inventory weekly and submit order to office as needed
• Communicate with CBMVT office on a regular basis to ensure everyone is up to date on staffing, supplies, inventory, customer requests, etc.
• Perform weekly site inspections and submit through app on smartphone

**Please note that these are working site supervisor positions, and the expectation is that the supervisor will work with staff daily to complete work**

NEEDS reliable Transportation, clean background check and must follow CDC/State guidelines for mask wearing.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Supervising experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)
